2. No Returns or Cancellations

Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable. SlickNarrative does not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital services or custom design work.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
 

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, you agree to:

• Provide necessary content, information, and approvals in a timely manner.

• Respond to feedback and review requests promptly.

• Respect the agreed project scope. Any changes may affect the timeline and cost.
   

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of SlickNarrative unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our written permission.

Project deliverables created for clients remain the intellectual property of SlickNarrative until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership will transfer as agreed in your individual project contract.
